DEW Global Inc. is a U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to advancing health, equity, and sustainable development. Guided by our mission — Empowering Women, Delivering Welfare — we design and scale innovative, locally anchored solutions that improve lives and strengthen systems.
Our leadership team brings decades of combined experience across healthcare, international development, finance, business, and technology. Together, we focus on delivering lasting impact across our priority regions: Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia.

Global Health & Development
Extensive leadership experience in sexual and reproductive health, family planning, public health programs, market development, and health systems strengthening across Africa and Asia. Our team brings experience in managing large-scale, donor-supported initiatives and working with governments, development partners, and private-sector organizations.
Pharmaceuticals & Access to Essential Products
Experience across pharmaceutical markets in Asia-Pacific and Africa, including market development, regulatory systems, procurement, supply chains, and product access. This expertise supports approaches that improve the availability, affordability, and sustainable delivery of essential health products.
Technology, Digital Transformation & AI
Our leadership brings experience in global technology businesses, telecommunications, digital infrastructure, and emerging technologies. Combined with expertise in health systems, this provides a foundation for integrating artificial intelligence, digital platforms, and data-driven solutions to improve access, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
Value for Money, Systems Strengthening & Financial Innovation
Our collective experience includes strengthening the efficiency, governance, and effectiveness of donor-funded programs and public-sector delivery systems in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).
A key example is SI² (Sustainable Impact & Investment), an innovative financing and systems-strengthening model demonstrated through both the SDG Pooled Fund (SDG-PF) and direct donor support to public-sector programs.
By improving procurement efficiencies, institutional processes, and reinvestment mechanisms, SI² has demonstrated how donor resources can deliver greater value for money, accelerate access to essential supplies, and generate greater development impact within shorter timelines.
DEW Global aims to build on this experience to strengthen institutional sustainability and maximize the impact of development investments.

Leadership, Partnerships & Implementation
Experience leading organizations, establishing partnerships, mobilizing resources, building local capabilities, and managing complex operations across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. This multidisciplinary experience supports the development of scalable, locally anchored, and sustainable solutions.
In previous professional roles, members of our leadership team have led or contributed to programs in Ethiopia and South Asia supported by approximately US$100 million in donor funding. Their experience includes initiatives supported by development partners such as KfW, FCDO, SIDA, the Packard Foundation, the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Gates Foundation, UNFPA, and Grand Challenges Canada.
Professional achievements include advancing local contraceptive manufacturing, strengthening supply chains and product access, and implementing reproductive health, HIV, and tuberculosis programs in collaboration with national health systems.
These achievements reflect the prior experience of our leadership and professional network and provide a foundation for DEW Global's future work.
